Add oil to a non-stick wok. If a non-stick wok is not available, you will have to add additional oil to wok or noodles will stick.
Heat oil over high heat. When oil is hot add meat and stir fry until cooked through. Add eggs and stir until cooked through. Reduce heat to medium and add drained noodles. Continue to cook, stirring, until noodles soften, 2 to 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring regularly, until vegetables are cooked through, another 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp. Serve immediately.
