Instructions

Cook pasta according to pkg. directions.
Drain, and rinse in cold water.
Immediately toss with lemon juice.
Mix in the remaining ingredients.
Chill for several hours.
Serve on a bed a lettuce.

Notes

If using raw shrimp, heat pan on low with a little oil and a dash of Old Bay, add shrimp and heat each side for a few minutes until pink. Remove shells if not peeled. Chop into small pieces.
