Preheat pan to 350-375.
Whisk eggs, cream, milk, salt, sugar and RumChata in bowl.
Once preheated, add tablespoon butter.
Dip bread in batter, let sit for 30 seconds and flip. Wait another 30
seconds.
Let excess batter drip off and add to pan.
Cover with cinnamon.
Cook about 3 minutes and flip.
Cook another minute.
