Place cutlet in zip-lock bag, pound to 1/8" thick, repeat for all cutlets.
Season both sides with salt,garlic, pepper and paprika.
Dredge both sides of each pounded cutlet in flour
Dip in beaten egg then panko.
Heat a large pan over medium heat with enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
Once oil is hot, add breaded cutlets a few at a time and sauté 3-4 min per side or until cooked through.
Serve with lemon wedges, or ranch
Parsley garnish adds color.
