Ingredients
- 2 eggs - beaten
- 40 oz ( 2 cans ) crushed pineapple - undrained
- 1 c sugar
- 1/4 c cornstarch
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbs butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine eggs and pineapple in one bowl.
In another bowl combine sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon.
Stir into egg mixture.
Transfer to greased 2 qt. baking dish and dot with butter.
Bake uncovered for 1-1/4 hours or until brown.
Notes
Serve with baked ham.
