Preheat oven to 350.

Cream butter , sugars and peanut butter together
Add egg. Mix.
Add vanilla and powders. Mix
Add flour. Mix

To make 12 pieces, Roll into log, divide in half, then divide each half in half.
Divide each quarter into three. Roll each segment in ball and roll in white sugar.
Place on parchment lined baking sheet.

Flatten cookies with fork to make criss-cross pattern.

Bake 7 minutes.

Cool 3 minutes to allow set.
