Melt butter in skillet, add crushed noodles and brown. Add almonds and sesame seeds. Stir for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat. Add 1/3 of seasoning mix from ramen pkg.
In blender, place oil, minced onion, vinegar, soy, sesame oil and honey. Blend till smooth. Salt and pepper to taste.
Toss browned noodle mix with cabbage. Pour dressing over and toss again. Serve.
Original recipe was for 6 (HUGE) servings.
Called for whole head of napa cabbage.
