Preheat oven to 350F. Oil or spray a loaf tin.
Glaze: Mix together in a small bowl. Set aside.
Using grating blade of processor, grate onion, replace with standard blade and process until fine. Add panko and and pulse 10 times.
Add remaining ingredients except meat and pulse to combine.
Add mixture to meat and mix well.
Transfer to loaf pan, brush with 1/2 of glaze.
Bake 45 min.
Brush with remaining glaze and bake another 30 min.
Stand for 10 min and serve.
