If starting with uncooked brisket:
Place brisket in pot, sprinkle spice packet over. Add bottle of beer. SloCook brisket for 4+ hours.
Move brisket to water-tight plastic bag and place in ice water for about an hour.
Thin slice brisket.
After brisket is made:
Add beef broth, onion and garlic to pot.
Add baby potatoes and carrots and top with cabbage. Season with salt and pepper, to taste
Place sliced brisket on vegetables.
Cook on high pressure for 6 minutes. When finished cooking, rest 10 minutes then quick-release pressure.
Serve brisket with potatoes, carrots and cabbage. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired and serve with stone ground mustard.
