Place all in blender and process until batter

Rap on counter to remove bubbles or let sit in fridge for an hour

Use 1/4 cup per 8 inch crepe in well oiled/buttered hot pan

Tilt pan to so batter coats. Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip and brown other side.
