Bring oil, vinegar and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat to cool.

In large bowl, combine all chopped vegetables, canned corn and beans.

Pour cooled marinade over veg & bean mix.

Refrigerate overnight. Drain and serve with Frito Scoops (preferred) or tortilla chips.
