Title: Banana Chocolate Muffins

Preheat oven to 375.
Sift dry ingredients in bowl.
Mix in chocolate chips.
Cream butter and sugar together for 5-10 minutes in mixer.
Scrape down sides of mixer bowl. Add bananas, vanilla, egg and dairy.
Mix another 5 minutes.
Dump in dry ingredients, mix 2-3 minutes more.
Line muffin tin with muffin cups, spray with PAM.
Using #10 ice cream scoop ( 5 Tbs ), place one scoop in each cup.
Bake for 25-30 minutes ( internal temp of 200 ).
Black bananas can be used but very ripe yellow adds more flavor.
