Place pork tenderloin in the instant pot.
Whisk together all the other ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
Pour this mixture over the top of the pork tenderloin in the instant pot.
Add the lid and set to sealing.
Press the manual button and set the pressure to 12 minutes (based on the size of your pork tenderloin).
Once cooking cycle is done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before releasing the steam.
Remove the the pork tenderloin from the crock pot and slice.
Brush or drizzle the pork tenderloin with the sauce from the instant pot and serve immediately.
If you want your sauce to be thicker, remove the pork and switch the instant pot to the sauté setting. Stir together 1 Tbsp of Cornstarch and 2 Tbsp of water together in a small bow. Whisk this cornstarch slurry into the instant pot and cook until the sauce has thickened to your preference.
