Instructions

Mix garlic powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
Dry ribs with paper towel, rub with liquid smoke and sprinkle with smoked paprika.
Rub seasonings all over both sides.
Place the trivet into the bottom of your Instant Pot.
Pour in all of the liquid.
Kind of roll the ribs so that they fit, and add them to the pot.
Lock-on the lid and close the pressure valve.
Cook high pressure for 45 minutes and quick release.

Remove ribs from the pot, cover with bbq sauce and grill or broil for 10 to 15 minutes.

Notes

One tsp Seasoned salt ( Lawry's ) can be replaced with 1 tsp Carousel Steak seasoning

70 g salt
35 g MSG
9 g celery salt
6 g white pepper
