Instructions

Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Space rolls evenly in greased baking pan. 6 rolls: 8x12, 12 rolls: 11x17
Pour cooled ice cream mixture over.
Lightly grease plastic wrap and cover rolls.
Place in cool oven overnite.
Bake rolls at 325 for 25 minutes.
When slightly cooled, drizzle with icing.

Notes

Rolls double in size so leave plenty of space between them in pan
