Soften jam in microwave for 10 seconds.
Combine jam and half of liqueur.
Divide into 2 bowls.
In separate bowl, combine cheese and remaining liqueur.
Whip cream, sugar and vanilla to soft peaks.
Whisk in cheese mixture.
Line 8x8 glass baking dish with half of the lady fingers.
Apply half of jam mixture, then half of cream mixture.
Dot with half of raspberries.
Repeat.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Dust with powder sugar before serving
Chambord is a raspberry liqueur.
Gran Marnier is an orange liqueur.
Other liqueurs may work.
A 60/40 split of raspberry to orange seems best. ( i.e. 4 Tbs Chambord to 2 Tbs Marnier )
To give top raspberries shine, melt a teaspoon of jam and roll raspberries in jam before placing on top.
