Peel potato and use shred disc to grate potato. 

Switch to regular blade and puree until fairly smooth.

Squeeze as much water as possible from puree and return to processor.

Mince onion fine, add onion, salt, egg, flour and pepper to potato. Puree till nearly smooth.

Fry in LOTS of oil. flip when browned and drain on paper towel.

Serve with applesauce
