InstaPot method:
Place the rack in the bottom of the pot. Pour 1-2 cups of water in the pot. Place the eggs on the rack.
Set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook for manual for 7 minutes.
After cooking is done, let the pressure cooker sit for 5 minutes with the lid on and the steam vent "sealed" to allow steam to begin releasing naturally then do a quick release, 

Stove Top method:

Measure water so it will cover eggs.
Bring to boil.
Add eggs and simmer 12 minutes.

Both methods:

Place boiled eggs in ice water for 5-10 minutes.
Peel, slice in half, scoop out yolks to bowl,
Mash yolks with Miracle whip, relish, salt and pepper to taste.
Place scoop of yolk filling in each half of white.

Notes

This recipe can be scaled from one to as many as needed.

Eggs should go directly from fridge - not from room temperature.

A dash of paprika and a bit of parsley gives it some color.

Proportions: 1 tsp whip + 1/4 tsp relish + pinch salt and grind of pepper for each yolk
