Prepare spaghetti in salted water.
Pound chicken to flatten. Salt, pepper and season both sides to taste.
Roll in breading to dry, then egg, then panko.
Fry in butter in hot skillet, turning and browning for 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
Remove from skillet.
To skillet add spaghetti sauce.
Heat thoroughly.
Add chicken.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Place slices of mozzarella on top of chicken
Sprinkle with Parmesan again.
Cover and cook until cheese is melted.
Remove chicken and get sauce hot.
Toss drained spaghetti with half Tbs of butter, toss with remaining sauce.
To plate, divide prepared spaghetti, place chicken on top and dust with more Parmesan.
