Why is Synergy so affordable?
"If it's that cheap, it can't be any good."

  • The interaction of two or more agents or forces so that their combined effect is greater than the sum of their individual effects.
  • Cooperative interaction among groups, that creates an enhanced combined effect.
What you don't pay for:

Why don't you see Weber Systems advertise?
  • It adds no value to the product, only expense. Our users are our best advertising.

Why don't we do on-site demos?
  • We've developed playbacks, which show you exactly how Synergy is programmed to handle your work. Like what you see? Want to learn more? Send us a file and we'll program your job, create your personal playback and send it to you. Like what you see? Want to learn more? Come visit us - it doesn't add to our bottom line. You're not paying for someone else's demonstration.

Why did Weber Systems stop doing trade shows after 30 years?
  • The time and energy spent in attending is put to better use by developing Synergy and working with our customers.

  • They are out of date as soon as they are printed. Instead, we have integrated help built in to Synergy.

How is Synergy different from all the other CAD/CAM systems out there?

  • In a word - customization. We learned long ago that no two companies program their machines the same way. You're not forced to do it our way either. We listen to your needs and can create a program that will streamline your programming efforts.

Why does the user interface use buttons instead of icons?

  • Can't say we didn't try to come up with icons to represent every feature that's available, but with over 3000 keywords and 4000 operations available (and the ability for users to add their own), icons can't describe all the available options.

Why is training only done at Weber Systems?

  • While this may seem strange, history has taught us when employees are available, they're usually interrupted at work. We want a captive audience whose only objective is to learn.

Our development team is also the support team.

  • You'll get better solutions to your challenges and we learn what's needed straight from the end user. You need to get your job done, not wade through a maze of support personnel waiting for your answer.

Yes, we really are a CAD/CAM system.

  • You don't have to invest in two programs for design and manufacturing. If you already have a CAD system, no problem. We can import your files.
